  </p>

    <span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino; color: #993300;">Portez à ébullition 25cl crème, baissez le feu et laissez frémir 10 minutes.</span>
  </p>

    <span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino; color: #993300;">Presse la gélatine pour en éliminer l’eau. L’ajouter à la crème. Ajoutez également la confiture de mangues. Mélangez
    jusqu’à ce que la gélatine et la gelée soient complètement dissoutes.</span>

    <span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia,palatino; color: #993300;">Verser la crème dans les verrines et laissez reposer pendant au moins 3 heures.</span>

  </p>
  <p>
    <span style="font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 10pt; color: #993300;">Dans un saladier, mélangez la farine, les oeufs, la levure, l'huile et le lait, jusqu'à obtenir une pâte homogène.
    Ajoutez les noix concassées (garder quelques cerneaux pour la déco) et le roquefort en petits morceaux.</span>
  </p>
  <p>
    <span style="font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 10pt; color: #993300;">Salez et poivrez légèrement la pâte.</span>
  </p>
  <p>
    <span style="font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 10pt; color: #993300;">Déposer&nbsp; dans des moules à muffins au 2/3.</span>
  </p>
  <p>
    <span style="font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 10pt; color: #993300;">Cuire 20 minutes. Vérifier la cuisson avec la pointe d’un couteau.</span>
  </p>
  <p>
    <span style="font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 10pt; color: #993300;">Laisser refroidir complètement.</span>
  </p>
  <p>
    <span style="font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 10pt; color: #993300;">Pendant ce temps, fouettez le fromage frais, salez et poivrez, ajoutez le roquefort bien écrasé et mélangez jusqu’à
    obtenir une crème sans morceaux.</span>
  </p>
  <p>
    <span style="font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 10pt; color: #993300;">Mettre cette crème dans une poche à douille, puis décorez les cupcakes.</span>
  </p>
  <p>
    <span style="font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 10pt; color: #993300;">Déposez 1/2 cerneau de noix pour la déco.</span>
  </p>
  <p>
    <span style="font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 10pt; color: #993300;">Gardez au frais jusqu’au moment de servir.</span>

    <span style="font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 10pt; color: #800000;">Mélangez tous les ingrédients. Laissez reposer la pâte au frigo au moins 30 minutes avant de la travailler. Abaissez
    ensuite la pâte et foncez-la dans un moule carré.&nbsp;</span>

    <span style="font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 10pt; color: #800000;"><strong>- 1 càc d'agar</strong></span>

    <span style="font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 10pt; color: #800000;">Pelez les goyaves, écrasez la pulpe puis faites-la chauffer avec un peu de jus de citron ou d'eau.</span>
  </p>

    <span style="font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 10pt; color: #800000;">Ajoutez&nbsp; l'agar, laissez bouillir 2 minutes.</span>
  </p>

  </p>

    <span style="font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 10pt; color: #993300;">Ajoutez le sucre et le cacao. Mélangez bien puis, sur une feuille de papier sulfurisé, posez des "barrettes" de
    chocolat.</span>
  </p>

    <span style="font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 10pt; color: #993300;">Laissez reposer au frais pendant 2 heures.</span>

    <span style="font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 10pt; color: #993300;">Faites fondre le beurre et battez le avec l'oeuf et les sucres. Ajoutez d'une traite la farine et mélangez
    bien.</span>
  </p>

    <span style="font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 10pt; color: #993300;">Si la pâte est trop collante, laissez reposer au frais une heure ou deux (ou rapidement au congélateur).&nbsp;</span>
  </p>

    <span style="font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 10pt; color: #993300;">Sur un plan de travail fariné, étalez la pâte sur 3 mm d'épaisseur. Coupez des rectangles de pâte (6cm sur 9, plus ou
    moins).</span>

    <span style="font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 10pt; color: #993300;">Posez sur un coin de la pâte une barrette de chocolat, puis refermez la pâte par dessus. Laissez une ouverture de
    chaque côté pour laisser apparaître le chocolat.</span>
